FRC is designed to be 1-on-1 mobility training. It seeks to close the gap between your passive and active ranges so that we can gain more body control, mitigate the chances of injury, and recover from injury through training.

We create a personalized program for you based on our assessment findings. Depending on your level of experience and proficiency with FRC, we require you meet with us at least once a month to ensure we’re optimizing your potential.

Each package includes:

  • FRA 90 - 120 minutes

    (*Does not count as a session)

  • 1, 4 or 8, 60 minute 1-on-1 sessions

  • Video demonstrations
